Responsibilities:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Clootrack, you will be a key player in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our customer analytics product. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research:

    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.

    • Gather insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.

  • Product Positioning and Messaging:

    • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target enterprise audiences.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and customer benefits.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.

    • Define target customer segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

  • Collateral Development:

    • Create compelling and effective marketing collateral, including product presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales enablement tools.

    • Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

  • Sales Enablement:

    • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and materials needed to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.

    • Conduct training sessions to enhance the product knowledge of the sales team.

  • Customer Advocacy:

    • Cultivate relationships with key customers and transform their success stories into powerful testimonials and case studies.

    • Identify opportunities for customer advocacy initiatives to strengthen brand credibility.

  • Competitive Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

    • Provide insights to inform product strategy and positioning.

  • Performance Measurement:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

    • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (4-6 years) in product marketing, with a focus on enterprise products.

  • Strong understanding of the SAAS industry and customer analytics space.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful product launches.
