Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience to execute and optimize SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, ensuring higher organic rankings and increased website traffic. Additionally, knowledge of PPC advertising (Google Ads) will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Execution:

  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, metadata, and URLs.

  • Perform on-page SEO tasks such as optimizing headings, internal linking, and other mandatory things.

  • Execute off-page SEO activities, including link-building and outreach campaigns.

  • Conduct regular SEO audits and fix issues related to site speed, indexing, and crawlability.

  • Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Technical SEO & Website Optimization:

  • Work with developers & content teams to implement SEO best practices.

  • Ensure the website follows SEO-friendly structures for better indexing.

  • Optimize for mobile-first indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.

  • Fix broken links, redirection issues, and canonical errors.

Content Optimization & SEO Performance Tracking:

  • Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for SEO.

  • Implement structured data (schema markup) to improve SERP visibility.

  • Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.

  • Generate reports on organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.

PPC Ads (Added Advantage):

  • Support Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

  • keyword research & landing page optimization for paid campaigns.

  • Track PPC performance and ROAS to optimize ad spend.

Requirements:

✔ 3-4 years of hands-on experience in executing SEO strategies.
✔ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs etc.
✔ Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
✔ Ability to analyze website performance and recommend improvements.
✔ Experience with link-building & outreach campaigns.
✔ Basic knowledge of Google Ads and PPC campaign execution.
